I am a mother, wife, daughter, sister, and most importantly a lover of Jesus Christ! But you can just call me Chef AshJ. Cooking was instilled in me as a child by my mother and grandmother who are what I like to call "heavyweight champs" in the kitchen. After years of gleaning from my mother's counter-tops it hit me... I had my own passion for food and I was drawn to helping those that lacked it. Too often, I found myself helping countless couples and parents with the simplest meals. Eventually, I learned that the guidance and training I received in my mother's kitchen was not common. Since coming to that realization, I have devoted much of my time to developing the cooking skills of everyday people who want to hear the beautiful silence that fills the room as their loved ones enjoy a home cooked meal. ​
